Water Quality Program for Agriculture
Description
From 2000 to 2012, the Water Quality Program for Agriculture (WQPA) was a program operated by the Idaho Soil and Water Conservation Commission (ISWCC). It provided general funds from the state of Idaho that were matched by landowners and the Idaho DEQ and NRCS. WQPA is included in the 2015 Ag Pollution Abatement Plan as a strategy to meet Idaho's WQ goals under the Clean Water Act.
