Implementation
The Commission provides technical assistance to NRCS by employing 2 soil conservationists and 1 soil conservation technician to develop conventional conservation plans and implement various Farm Bill programs. Included with these positions is a significant amount of training to qualify incumbents to attain certified conservation planner status over time.
