Assist Division I Conservation Districts to develop and implement water quality improvement projects that conform to existing TMDL implementation plans.
FY 2019: 152 hours spent; Deliverables - Assisted the districts in identifying areas of concern form current implementation plans and contacting and making site visits to landowners in these areas as well as identifying areas for district projects.
FY 2020: 187 hours assigned; Deliverable - Provide TMDL project planning & implementation assistance
