Assist DEQ to complete a 5-year review of the Hell's Canyon Subbasin TMDL. A 5-year review documents progress that has been made towards implementing the recommendations and achieving the water quality goals of an approved TMDL.

FY 2021: 40 hours assigned. This project has been delayed while we wait for DEQ to complete the TMDL.
